Mej. Gen. (R) Dato Sarman Bahrom

A distinguished leader with over a decade of executive experience in strategic military operations and human capital management, Dato' Sarman brings a proven track record of leadership, innovation, and organizational excellence to the corporate sector. Delivered keynote lectures on creativity and innovation for the Malaysian Army and government agencies. Represented Malaysia twice (2011) at international exhibitions on defense innovation. Served as Director of Logistic at Army HQ and later Inspector General (IG) of the Army.

Mr. Mashenrah is a seasoned executive with over 18 years of international experience in the oil & gas, corporate finance, and management sectors. As the Founder of VSHEN GROUP and current CEO of Vshen Capital, he drives strategic investment initiatives and oversees global portfolio growth. Concurrently, he serves as Managing Partner of Mecon Petrochemical Group Ltd., leveraging his expertise to steer complex energy projects. His career spans leadership roles across Europe, South East Asia, China, Indo-China, Latin America, and the Middle East, where he cultivated a robust understanding of cross-border operations and emerging markets.

Her career includes key roles such as Accounts Assistant at VPSB Sdn Bhd, where she demonstrated proficiency in corporate support functions and financial operations. Combining her qualifications with practical expertise, Ms. Hazwani is well-equipped to deliver excellence in financial and administrative roles.

Mr. Mohd Razif

A results-driven leader with expertise in construction, infrastructure, and government project coordination. Key achievements include managing Telekom Malaysia’s fiber optic documentation (North Zone), serving as Construction Controller for the RuMaiwp Project, and contributing to federal initiatives under the Ministry of Defense. Adept at operational management, government-corporate liaison, and meticulous documentation, he combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution—ideal for driving HR excellence in high-stakes environments.

Mr. Mashenrah holds an MSc in Project Management (Oil & Gas Specialisation) from the University of Liverpool and is adept at orchestrating high-impact international events, including trade shows and corporate functions. Combining academic rigour with hands-on global experience, he excels in optimising organisational performance and delivering strategic solutions in dynamic environments.

Mr. Mohamed holds an MBA in International Management from the Geneva Business School and is fluent in English, French, and Arabic. Served as CEO of Texas Truck Driving Academy (TTDA) from 2017–2022 before assuming his current role as CEO of GMN Distribution SARL (2022–present).
